On the traditional finca La Buena Esperanza in El Salvador, founded in 1924 by Amalia de Quintanilla and now run by her great-grandson Andrés, three fine varieties grow on iron-rich clay soils and under the protection of avocado and citrus trees: the strong Pacamara with its dark spice, the floral Bourbon Rosado with its rare elegance and the balanced Bourbon Tekisic. Fully washed and processed, they unfold their clear, multi-layered bouquet - from mineral depth to fine fruity freshness. Jointly composed by wild camper Tom Utiger, master of the wilderness, and coffee sommelier Willy Zemp, this blend is reminiscent of a fine wine: rich, lively and with character. Every sip carries the taste of freedom, fire smoke, mountains and streams.

About the Roastery
Willy Zemp is an IHK-certified coffee sommelier, coffee expert and master roaster in Entlebuch. His manufactory exclusively refines rare coffees from isolated Grand Cru plots, comparable to great wines. Each bean is selected by hand and precisely roasted to develop its full potential. His approach goes beyond traditional roasting: coffee is not standardized, but understood as a living product - shaped by its origin, microclimate and processing. Techniques such as maturing green coffee in former wine and whisky barrels create aroma profiles that go far beyond the usual. Willy Zemp stands for an uncompromising culture of enjoyment - for people who don't just drink coffee, but want to understand and experience it.
