Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Coffee as a perishable product

Coffee is a perishable food product. A general right of withdrawal under Swiss law (CO Art. 40a ff.) is therefore excluded for goods already shipped. This is in line with standard practice in the Swiss food trade.

2. Quality issues & incorrect delivery

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your coffee or have received an incorrect or damaged delivery, please contact us immediately by email. We will find a solution together, such as a replacement delivery or credit.

Please report complaints within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If possible, include photos so we can quickly understand the issue.

3. Cancel subscription

You can cancel your Röstpost subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. Already paid deliveries will still be shipped. You can manage your subscription in your account under "Subscriptions" or contact us by email.

4. Gift subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are paid in advance and expire automatically after the selected duration. Unfortunately, refunds for unredeemed or partially used gift codes are not possible. If you have problems with a gift code, please contact us.

5. Marketplace orders

For individual orders through the Röstpost marketplace, the same rules apply: since coffee is perishable, there is no general right of withdrawal. For quality or delivery issues, contact us and we will sort it out with the respective roastery.
