A coffee with attitude, origin and history. Cuba Guamá Natural comes from the Sierra Maestra in eastern Cuba, where Arabica coffee cherries ripen on small farms in the middle of tropical forests. The combination of natural processing, slow ripening and traditional craftsmanship produces a cup that is powerful, warm and distinctive. The taste reveals roasted nuts, ripe dried fruit and subtle notes of tobacco and spices. A light citrus freshness adds excitement to the profile, while the velvety body provides depth and balance. A coffee full of character that performs well as an espresso, in a cappuccino and also in a fully automatic machine. ORIGIN & CULTIVATION Cuba Guamá Natural grows in Guamá, Santiago de Cuba, in the famous Sierra Maestra. At around 800 meters above sea level, various local Arabica varieties thrive there in the shade of tropical forests. The volcanic soils, the humid climate and the slow ripening process give the coffee its dense structure and aromatic depth. PROCESSING This lot was prepared using the Natural Process. This involves drying the coffee cherries and their pulp in the sun. This requires a lot of attention and precise work, but rewards you with a cup that has more sweetness, more body and more character. This is exactly what makes this Cuban coffee so exciting. TRANSPARENCY THAT GOES FURTHER What makes this coffee special is not only its origin, but also its complete traceability. With the BIOCUBACAFEBLOCKCHAIN® system, this coffee is one of the first of its kind in the world whose path from field to cup is fully documented and tamper-proof. Even before the harvest, important data such as temperature, humidity, soil conditions and wind are measured in the growing areas. In addition, images and production data are stored along the entire supply chain. This creates a transparent system that is not based on empty promises, but on verifiable facts. The Cuba Guamá Natural therefore stands for much more than just good taste. It stands for fairness, transparency, protection of the forest regions and a new form of responsibility in the coffee trade.

About the Roastery
Nano roastery from the Zurich Wyland. Bitterness. Acidity. Chaos. Power. - This is not a mistake. That's the plan. Armando Nappi roasts what he knows in Rheinau in the Zurich wine country: coffee with attitude. Canephora, fermented preparations, premium origins from all over the world - no mainstream. Straight. A member of the Slow Food Coffee Coalition since 2025, one of only three roasteries in Switzerland with this seal of quality. Fair before convenient. Real before simple.
