Discover the unique Mr. Toi’s Anaerob Washed Peaberry, an exceptionally sweet and aromatic Robusta coffee from Vietnam. These peaberries, a natural mutation, contain only one bean per cherry, which is packed with nutrients and intense flavors. At Mr. Toi Nguyen’s Future Coffee Farm, nestled in a hidden valley in Bao Loc, the coffee cherries grow under ideal conditions. A small stream runs through the farm, which is surrounded by lush fruit trees and wild jungle. This is where the cherries for this special Robusta are grown, with flavor notes of roasted almonds, cacao nibs, caramel, and dried dates. The careful processing guarantees the highest quality: 1. The coffee cherries are harvested and sorted by hand. 2. The washing process begins with pulping the cherries. 3. They are then fermented in tanks for 24 hours. After this initial fermentation, they are thoroughly washed. 4. The beans are then dried for seven to ten days. During the drying process, the beans are stirred regularly to ensure they dry evenly.5. Finally, the coffee is visually sorted by hand, separating the peaberry beans from the rest. (Text from the importer Cumpa)

About the Roastery
Nano roastery from the Zurich Wyland. Bitterness. Acidity. Chaos. Power. - This is not a mistake. That's the plan. Armando Nappi roasts what he knows in Rheinau in the Zurich wine country: coffee with attitude. Canephora, fermented preparations, premium origins from all over the world - no mainstream. Straight. A member of the Slow Food Coffee Coalition since 2025, one of only three roasteries in Switzerland with this seal of quality. Fair before convenient. Real before simple.
