A 100% Arabica from Rwanda, which we bought directly from Somaho Specialty Coffee. This washed Red Bourbon impresses with its fruity sweetness and is the perfect companion for mixed milk drinks or as a fruity-sweet espresso. The green coffee is "Jarama Lot 51" from the producer Kivubelt Coffee. Jarama Lot 51 coffee comes from a Kivubelt coffee farm located at 1700 and 1900 meters above sea level. Six permanent employees and around 200 workers work at Jarama during the harvest season. The coffee is picked by hand in April and May, processed wet, dried in the sun on so-called African beds and then stored in a well-ventilated warehouse in Jarama CWS. (Source: somaho.ch)

Jaguara Summer

Jaguara Summer stands for a Brazilian espresso with a real summer character, soft, round and pleasantly accessible. The Yellow Bourbon variety comes from the Jaguara Farm in Minas Gerais, grows at an altitude of around 1040 meters and is processed naturally. This creates a juicy, sweet taste with nuances of orange, ripe cherry and fine milk chocolate and praline. Behind the coffee is a multi-award-winning farm that attaches great importance to sustainable cultivation and consistently high quality. With a cup score of 83.25, Jaguara Summer can be used in a variety of ways, particularly in espresso, but also in cappuccino or other milk drinks thanks to its balance and easy extraction. It is roasted fresh in Horgen on Lake Zurich. The result is exactly the profile that characterizes Beanwatch, clear in its fruitiness, harmonious in its sweetness and with a pleasantly chocolaty depth.
