This means that there is always some coffee cherry juice left in the beans, which makes it very interesting. Taramesa has a mild, fruity acidity and is highly recommended as a long coffee (Americano), with milk/vegetable drink or as a fresh filter coffee or fruity espresso - a real gem! Funky.
