Jaguara Summer stands for a Brazilian espresso with a real summer character, soft, round and pleasantly accessible. The Yellow Bourbon variety comes from the Jaguara Farm in Minas Gerais, grows at an altitude of around 1040 meters and is processed naturally. This creates a juicy, sweet taste with nuances of orange, ripe cherry and fine milk chocolate and praline.
Behind the coffee is a multi-award-winning farm that attaches great importance to sustainable cultivation and consistently high quality. With a cup score of 83.25, Jaguara Summer can be used in a variety of ways, particularly in espresso, but also in cappuccino or other milk drinks thanks to its balance and easy extraction.
It is roasted fresh in Horgen on Lake Zurich. The result is exactly the profile that characterizes Beanwatch, clear in its fruitiness, harmonious in its sweetness and with a pleasantly chocolaty depth.
